Automation of approved schedule
Continuous scheduling!
Once you have an Approved schedule, you can create different Pre-Approved Proposals that will at some point become an Approved schedule and each must be finalized upon reaching its completion date in order to continue with the next proposal and the pace of work.
The schedule Approval and Finalization processes can be done manually at any time but you can now use the proposal approval automation feature included in SCHEMA. Look for the robot icon at the top of any of your Pre-Approved Proposals or Approved schedule.
Just enter your user password to enable or disable schedule automation and if schedule automation is active, the Approved schedule will be terminated when it reaches its end date, and the next Pre-Approved Proposal will be approved based on its start date, you can also check your Pre-Approved Proposals in the Proposals section.
