Now you can pre-approve production schedule proposals and know the requirements and customer orders for the coming weeks.
Now you can pre-approve a proposal to generate detailed production orders, review the mold schedule and know the requirements for material planning. Your team can then anticipate what activities need to be executed in the next few days beyond the current week in the approved schedule.
With the new Pre-Approval tool in SCHEMA you can review the Estimated Delivery Dates for each of the Orders according to the production schedule and know if they will be delivered on time with 100% compliance.
In addition, you can see the details of the start and end times of each scheduled production batch with the Schedule Tables that can be divided by Shift or in General format, and can be downloaded in Excel.
And finally with the Raw Material Requirement you can review and plan the Raw Material requirements by Day, Week and Month that will be needed to meet the scheduled production of each machine.
